What we collect. When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, machine preference and message you type. That's all — the site runs no analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To keep spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and technical browser characteristics to tell people from bots; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

What happens to it. Your enquiry is emailed straight to us. Nothing is stored on the web server.

Why we can process it. Legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you sent us — the steps you ask us to take before any contract.

How long we keep it. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any build that follows from it, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to our processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
